Coronavirus Update

Hope that you and all your families are safe and healthy.
As an internationally working, leading law firm in Turkey, we had earlier implemented the digital and technological structures in place as well as made the necessary arrangements to make sure our lawyers, staff and clients are all safe and stay healthy.
We work full time from the Office, we provide advice and legal services to all our clients without any interruptions. Our lawyers and staff are available to be reached, we keep advising through e-mails, phone, and whatsapp. We are therefore fully active in providing advice to all our respected Clients with a full response capacity. We are available to set face-to-face meetings in our Office as well as through online video conference calls. In the meantime, we keep organising online webinars and seminars on different aspects and matters, you can follow us through our social media pages.
Turkish Government has recently announced that all curfew and inter-city travel restrictions, regardless of weekdays and weekends, have ended on 1st July 2021 through the Turkish Ministry of Interior’s Circular dated 27th June 2021 .
Please note that, Turkish Courts and Official Bodies in Turkey, such as the Turkish Title Deed Office as well as Turkish Migration and Citizenship Bodies and also the relevant Ministries in Turkey are all work in full capacity as well. This is also the case for Turkish Consulates and Embassies based around the World. Therefore, we can now proceed on matters without any delays.
As for Covid-19 Vaccination; Sinovac, Coronavac and Biontech vaccines are currently available in Turkey. While the number of people who have received the first dose of Covid-19 Vaccine was 41,246,921, the number of people who have received the second dose of vaccine was 27,752,447 as of the date of 04th August 2021. The rates of people vaccinated in the total population are as follows:
- 1. Dose Average : 66.42%
- 2. Dose Average : 44.67%
We would like to inform you that foreigners who have residence permits in Turkey can get vaccinated in the same process as Turkish Citizens. Prioritization by age group will be applied to residency holders as well. Foreigners can check the eligibility at https://enabiz.gov.tr/ Our team can also assist you with vaccination appointments in Turkey.
Due to the applications to hospitals because of Coronavirus, the Normal Bed Occupancy Rate is 50,4%, Adult ICU Occupancy Rate is 63 % and Ventilator Occupancy Rate is 27,7% as of the date of July 2021.
For people who will travel to Turkey, PCR test and quarantine requirements currently differs for each country. We would recommend you to please check the latest requirements with the airlines that you would travel to Turkey as well as the Turkish Consulate in your jurisdiction.
