1. A non-refundable minimum donation of $150,000 USD to The National Transformation Fund.

2. Investment of at least $350,000 USD into the real estate projects, on the condition to hold the property within the next five years from the date of the citizenship is approved.

3. Investment of at least $220,000 USD into the real estate projects in the Tourism Accommodation sector within the next five years from the date of the citizenship is approved.

Apart from the abovementioned investment requirements, the main applicant must be over 18 years of age and his/her family members shall have a clean personal background, shall be in good health and of character.
